Situation due to Hurricane Irma

The forecast path of the hurricane Irma over the Caribbean Sea impacts  our flight schedule within the area concerned.
For the following days, commercial measures are available.

If you have a valid Air France ticket, issued on or before September 04, 2017, departing from or arriving in Saint Marteen (SXM), Pointe à Pitre (PTP), Fort de France (FDF), Punta Cana (PUJ), Santo Domingo (SDQ) or Port-au-Prince (PAP)  for a flight from September 05 to 09, 2017.
You can rebook at no extra cost onto a later flight until September 15, 2017 included

Save time by changing your booking directly online, in the "Your reservations" section of the website or in the mobile app. You can change your booking at no extra cost for the same travel cabin.
You can also contact your travel agent.

You may also choose to postpone your flight to after 15 September 2017, change your country of destination or origin or cancel your trip. In this case, we will provide you with a voucher valid for 1 year on AIR FRANCE, KLM or HOP! flights. This voucher is non-refundable.

We monitor the situation in real time and will inform you in case of any evolution of our flights schedule.
